• No Investment Advice: Content generated by Machine Analyst, including automated equity research, sentiment analysis, and financial modeling, is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

• Independent Verification: Users are responsible for their own investment decisions. Machine Analyst’s outputs should be used as a supplement to, not a replacement for, professional financial analysis and due diligence.

• No Fiduciary Duty: Use of the Machine Analyst platform does not create a fiduciary relationship between the user and Machine Analyst.
